All international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon delivery. Each order is carefully packaged and fully insured during transit via FedEx, ensuring your piece arrives safely and beautifully.

A: Shipping times depend on the type of item you order:
1) Regular Stock Items
These items are typically dispatched within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
2) Made-to-Order (Custom) Items
YUUGEN.ART offers a range of bespoke, Made-to-Order works, crafted with the utmost care. These pieces require artisan production time and usually take approximately 3 months before dispatch.
