Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the order has not yet entered packing or shipment preparation.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@yuugen.art with your order details. 

Once an order has been packed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched, cancellations can no longer be accepted. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy. 

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error. 

Made-to-Order, Customized, and Special Orders:

• May be canceled within ten (10) business days of order confirmation, provided production has not yet begun
  
• Once production has commenced or the window has passed, cancellations cannot be accepted
   

Non-cancellable items include, but are not limited to:

• Special-order items not listed on our website
  
• Personalized inscriptions, custom glazes, or bespoke finishes
  
• Business-to-business (B2B) or bulk orders

YUUGEN.ART accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
   

 To initiate a return:

• Contact support@yuugen.art with your order number and photos of the item
  
• Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item
  
• Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted
  

 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item. 

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
  
• Made-to-order, customized, or personalized items
  
• B2B or wholesale purchases

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees paid at delivery are non-refundable and cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances. 

We are not responsible for delays, fees, or non-delivery resulting from customs clearance issues on returned shipments.

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

• Notify us within 10 days of receipt with clear photographs of the issue
  
• Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted
  

 Once the issue is confirmed:

• A replacement or refund will be offered
  
• If a replacement is unavailable (limited edition or discontinued), a refund will be issued
  
• YUUGEN.ART covers return shipping and redelivery costs for confirmed defective or incorrect items
  
• Duties, taxes, or customs fees paid to local authorities are not covered

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

 If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 10–30 business days
  
• PayPal / Shopify Payments: 3–5 business days
  

 Refunds apply only to the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 All international orders are shipped on a DDU basis. Duties, taxes, and customs fees paid at delivery are non-refundable, as they are collected by local authorities and not by YUUGEN.ART.

If you have not yet received your refund:

1. Please check your bank account again
   
2. Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary
