Each work is handcrafted by the master artisans of Kōbeigama, a kiln officially recognized as a Japanese National Treasure, where ancient myth is interpreted through the discipline and refinement of Japanese ceramic tradition.

A Three-Part Legacy of Provenance and Intent

This suite is distinguished by its scope, material integrity, and the ability to reflect the collector’s personal curatorial vision.

At its center stands Ra, rendered as a monumental ceramic relief. The sun disc is meticulously adorned with genuine gold leaf and finished in Kōbeigama’s signature blue glaze—an enduring symbol of creation, sovereignty, and cosmic order.

Accompanying Ra is a bespoke Golden Duet, commissioned to your specification. You may select:

  • Anubis and Bastet

  • Two Anubis figures

  • Two Bastet figures

Each statue is fully gilded, achieving a mirror-like radiance that contrasts and complements the textured gold leaf of Ra. Together, the trio forms a balanced dialogue of power, guardianship, and grace.

Materials, Symbolism, and Preservation

Every element of this suite is conceived as a generational work.

The Ra relief is housed within a museum-grade frame, fitted with UV-protective glass and finished with authentic Japanese textile backing to ensure long-term preservation.

Symbolic details are integral to the composition. Anubis bears the ankh, signifying eternal life, while Bastet is adorned with the scarab, a symbol of renewal and protection. These elements elevate the collection beyond ornamentation into a cohesive spiritual and artistic narrative.

Due to the complexity and scale of the work, each commission requires dedicated attention from the master artisans of Kōbeigama. Completion is expected approximately three months from the time of order. This deliberate pace is essential to maintaining the uncompromising quality, precision, and rarity of the work.
